Jim is co-founder of Morningside Theatre Company, Edina, MN, presenting fully produced musicals (live pit, set, costumes, lights, sound) for elementary, middle, and high school aged youth. He served as their accompanist/pit director and business manager from 2010-2019.
With decades of work in youth theatre as freelance pit accompanist, Jim is often brought in for tech week/dress rehearsal and show weekend(s).

* Transcribed piano part from recordings and created lead sheets for pit band (original presentation used recorded tracks)
* Re-arranged original SATB vocal score to appropriate 2-part level of difficulty, changed keys to accommodate range of young voices, and engraved new lead sheets

New musical by Jay Eddy re-worked from previously presented material
* Transcribed entire musical from recordings (original lead sheets and files unavailable) including vocal and piano scores
* Arranged SATB vocal parts for high school aged cast
